What I need in this moment is a kiss from my favorite girl.

What would I need to make chicken soup?
¿Qué necesitaría para hacer sopa de pollo?

Gracias.

To go a little further, you use "qué" obviously with a question. For example: ¿Qué haces? (Like Chileno mentioned)
-You can also use it for something that isn't quite a question, but infers that there will be a response to that "qué." (I don't know if I'm explaining myself too well here). Maybe if someone else could think of an example, it would help.
-A third example I can think for using "qué" is when using a sentence of negativity. For example, "No sé qué estaba pensando."

Chileno also explained the usage of "lo que." A VERY common expression that you will here is, "Lo que pasa es que..."
