Como Pedro por su casa
I know it means completed acclimated. Or at least I think it does.
One other question about the phrase: why would por be used? I would think en would be a better choice.

@Poli: The expression is like saying "like Pedro wandering around at home"... it's not only staying at home.
It's something used to mean someone is taking someone else's place as if it were their own... with the figurative extension, of course.

Agree with Angelica. Usually the sentences implies movement, si "por"
It can be "completed acclimated", but sometimes has a "not-polite" touch. "Mira al prentendiente de Ana. Antes era muy formal y educado, ahora entra como Pedro por su casa" Saludos
