¿Me pueden decir como se dice "What's wrong?" en español, por favor?

Mi intento:

¿Que pasa? (si alguien está llorando)
o ¿Que te pasa?

Tambien como se dice "What's happening?"

Mi intento:

¿Qué pasó?
o ¿Que pasa?

"What's wrong?" "¿Qué te ocurre?"
¿Que pasa? ó ¿Que te pasa? son también comunes
"What's happening?" ¿Qué pasa?
¿Qué esta pasando? ó ¿Qué sucede? ó ¿Qué está ocurriendo? también son comunes

También dependiendo del tono de voz que usas, ¿Qué te pasa? puede significar What's wrong with you?.
