Me quede dormido
me escuchado la gente aqui en Sonora Mexico usando "me quede dormido tan rapido anoche y me quede dormido a las 10" for I went to sleep fast last night or I went to sleep at 10. Is this form of quedar used in all of Latin america in this way. I am used to using and hearing "fui a dormir tan rapido anoche.

Yes. it's correct, you can use the word Quedar of verb BE. I will give you a examples. Me quedare con mi hernamo esta noche. Me quedare callado ahora. Me quedarare disfrutando de mi paste. Me quede ayer casa de mi mama. I hope my examples will be of useful for you.
