Espero que mi hijo sea de vuestro agrado y que congenie muy bien con su hijo.
I Hope that you get on with my son and that my son gets on with your son.


Have I translated 'agrado' correctly here?

If something is "de me agrado", it's pleasing to me, it's what I like, it's up to my standards, etc.

Your translation works. Here are a couple more options:
Espero que mi hijo sea de vuestro agrado y que congenie muy bien con su hijo.

I hope you find my son pleasant and that he gets along well with your son.
I hope you like my son and he hits it off with your son.
