Dejar mal/bien parado
Hola
lei esto en algun lado pero he encontrado dos diferentes traducciones. To make someone/thing look bad/good and the other is To make it clear? Dejar bien parado/a Dejar mal parado/a es la misma de decir me estas haciendo quedar mal/bien? Gracias |

Me haces quedar mal/bien (parado) Dejé bien/mal parado el nombre de mi trabajo. Can you see the difference? |

None of them means to make anything clear.
"Dejar a alguien bien/mal parado(a)" in many contexts can be synonymous to "hacer quedar bien/mal a alguien". You can take a look here and here. And please note that accents are not gratuituous. There is a dropdown menu for inserting Spanish characters on top of dialog boxes here in the forums.
