Killer diller is an older expression for someone who is truly outstanding--
a knockout

se ha traducido directamente del inglés: serial killer, asesino en serie
Es el término más comúnmente aceptado.
Si quieres ser más auténtico se dice "asesino múltiple".
Antes eran mucho más ingeniosos con los asesinatos: se decía "multiple asesinato en..", "maniaco homicida", "loco perturbado" o cosas así
