"Tu cargas los platos en los brazos"

or would it better:

"tu llevas los platos en los brazos"

Both work, but there are nuances. "Cargar" only means that you have the plates on your arms, but "llevar" implies you're taking them somewhere.

Please note "tu" is not the same as "". One is "your" and the other is "you".
