Can someone please translate this for me? ..

que pasooo?? como andas?? pues hoy tuvimos una posadita de primos.. aqui andan algunos todavia... hoy tambien fue el curso, ya quedo machin lo bueno y pues ahora si parece que andan mas trankis las cosas en la chambing.
mucho sueño =S pero tu cuenta cuenta!

This is fun to try to translate

Whats up?? Hows it going?? Well today we had a little Xmas party with the cousins... some are still here... Also today was the parade, everything went well y well now it seems that everything is more calm at work. Im sleepy =S but holla back!

¿"Posadita de primos" es una fiesta de Navidad? ¿Alguien sabe por qué? No lo había oído nunca y no le veo relación.

@Irma: es una fiesta navideña. Del 15 al 24 de diciembre se recuerda la huída de José y María y su búsqueda de un lugar dónde pasar las noches. Cada noche, se toman los muñecos de José y María del Belén (Nacimiento, en México) y "piden" que se les dé posada, durante un ritual de cantos. Primero se da la vuelta a la casa (para representar el viajar de los peregrinos) y luego los asistentes a la fiesta se dividen en dos grupos: uno dentro de la casa y otro fuera. Los que están fuera de la casa, con José y María, cantan pidiendo posada, mientras que los que están adentro cantan negándola. Al final del canto, se les abre la puerta para recibirlos y se celebra con piñatas, guisos tradicionales, ponche (una bebida caliente de frutas)...

Con frecuencia se olvida la razón y el ritual de la fiesta y se limita a ser una fiesta cualquiera, pero si es en diciembre, se le llama posada, de cualquier forma.
