That last sentence doesn't make too much sense.
'Gracias' has other meanings, but the most commonly used meaning is 'thank you'.

Note that there is a difference between si and . The former means 'if' and the latter means 'yes'. These words are pronounced exactly the same in Spanish, but are spelled differently.
