The move to the duplex at 99 Champlain Street in Baie Comeau had definitely boosted Benedict Martin Mulroney a step in the world.

Translation:

La mudanza a el duplex en la 99 Calle Champlain en Baie Comeau segurismo hubo levantado Benedict Martin Mulroney uno paso en el mundo.

Hola , no olvides la contracción a+el = al

...sin una duda le hubo alcanzado nuevas cotas a Benedict Martin Mulroney.

(es mi traducción)

Gracias bob jenkins!

With World War II reaching an end, Ben had recently become chief electrician at the local paper mill and could afford to move his young familyfroma smaller house at 132 Champlain.

Translation:

Con la segunda Guerra Mundial llegando uno final, Ben hubo vuelto el jefe electricista en la local fabrica de papel y pudo permitirme trasladar suya familia joven desde una casa mas pequeno en 132 Calle Champlain.

This translations are not assignments at school. I am doing them at my own time at my own pace. I just want to learn as much as I could taking advantage of the generosity bestowed on me by Rusty, bobjenkins, and the rest. Muchos gracias

*"Permitirme"???? This is first person and you're talking about a third person.

[...]

A little extra note: Elemental mistakes ike changing gender can be solved with a dictionary and not losing concentration. For example, you keep writing "muchos gracias", but "gracias" is a feminin, so the right expression is "muchas gracias".
The people correcting your work will be more focused in helping you with what's important if you also help them by keeping your attention alert.

132 de la Calle Champlain - ¿Es cómo se escribe las direcciones?

1111 4th avenue = (el número) 1111 de la avenida cuarto

Muchas gracias!

Right, Bob. This is when you're narrating something.
When you're giving your address it's slightly different...

Mi dirección es: Avenida 4, número 1111. (An official statement)
Vivo en la Avenida 4, (en el) número 1111. (Telling a friend where you live)

Muchos gracias, senoritos y senoritas. You just don't know how delighted am I to learn from you experts in the field of Spanish translation. I guess one day I would be able to deliver the weather forecast in Spanish like Nicole Kidman. Oh, by the way, I am a full-blooded male. So don't confuse yourselves.

Muchas gracias is always the correct way to thank someone. Your gender doesn't matter. AngelicaDeAlquezar was referring to the noun's gender when she mentioned that it was a feminine noun.
All nouns have a gender in Spanish. The gender must be learned along with the word itself. When adjectives modify nouns, they must agree in gender and number with the nouns they modify.

The word señoritos doesn't exist, by the way. It should be señorcitos.
