A todos los medios que permitís

Hola a todos,

La frase en cuestión es del libro Cuenta contigo de Patricia Ramírez Loeffler.

"A todos los medios que permitís que divulgue mi pasión:
TVE, SportLife, Marca o El País. Gracias a todos."

I'm not sure why is it "permitís", not "permiten" in this case?

Thank you.

In most cases the word would be permites, but in the case the vos tense is used instead to tú. Vos is a used in place of tú (vos permitís instead of tú permites) is several parts of Latin America. Argentina is one place that it is dominant.

I agree that it should be 'permiten', if you're thinking the topic is a plural third person (the media), but it appears that she has written her appreciation in a plural second person form (vosotros), making her 'thank you' more personal.
That's her prerogative.
