Request for Amparo in Mexico

Hello everybody, this is the first time I'm using this web site and I hope I do it well. My question is How would you translate from Spanish to English the following text? "Mediante atento oficio que al efecto se envie al juez"
Thank you for your help!
And let me know if I have to explain this in a better way!

I can't give a technical translation, as I don't know enough "legalese", but an "atento oficio" is an official written communication addressed from a court giving instructions to officials or authorities. And "al efecto", without having the whole sentence, may mean "with the purpose of".
I hope that's useful.
