Nobody does/makes... what does "na" mean?

I think it means that the ending -da has fallen off, and ninguno hace nada means nobody is doing anything.

Yes, that's correct

En muchas zonas cuando se habla de manera coloquial las terminaciones de este tipo "desaparecen" o se eluden las "D" como:

Estoy cansa'o
Se ha prepara'o
¿Qué has cocina'o?

A los niños pequeños les suele confundir, mi sobrino de 4 años dice que quiere un vaso de "colacado" xD y yo también confundia esto de pequeño

Cuando escribo coloquialmente uso un apóstrofo, p.e.j.:
¿Esás cansado?
Para nada = pa' na'
