It's from a comedian, in response to vegetarians that say you shouldn't kill animals for food (note: I just think it's funny, I don't think you're wrong if you chose to be a vegetarian).

Fork is un tenedor,and it is used to eat. Something that Yogi didn't like much...

A fork is also a bifurcation. Yogi Berra is a retired professional baseball player who is really famous for hilarious non-sequiturs. His quote sounds like sage advise but it isn't advise at all.
