Tu ronca maldición maleva

Tu ronca maldición maleva

I see this in a song and it looks like adjective noun adjective.
Perhaps I am mistaken, I haven't noticed such a construct and was wondering about it.

You are not mistaken: the sentence has an adjective, then a noun, then another adjective. Since the order of words in Spanish is flexible, we can do this sometimes for reasons of euphony.
Take a look here for some longer explanation on how we use adjectives.
