carnicerÃa (feminine noun (la)) — butcher shop. Look up carnicerÃa in the dictionary ¿Puedes ir a la carnicerÃa para comparar carne molida? Can you go to the butcher shop to buy some ground beef?

Una carnicerÃa es también una terrible matanza. La idea más similar en inglés yo creo que es slaughter.
