Saying "it has not waste" isn't common right?

Sí , no es correcto y suena raro

- Wolves are beautiful
- Yes, they are flawless

Quizás ''no tengo desperdicio'' puede significar en inglés algo así

Very efficient

The factory is very efficient, there are no materials wasted
La factoría no tiene desperdicio

Ah, ok, Thanks bob.

The example is allright, but I would say it more literally if I have to speak:
La fabrica/factoría es muy eficiente, no desperdicia materiales.

Maybe 'impeccable' ?

Having no flaws; perfect. See synonyms at perfect.
http://www.answers.com/topic/impeccability

This is used more for things and abstract concepts though I think..? e.g.
'His taste in fine art was impeccable'.

Pero yo me refería a por ejemplo :
Tienes que ir a París, me encanta no tiene desperdicio : todo es bonito, vayas donde vayas.
Or:
Megan Fox or somebody really handsome no tiene desperdicio, everything is perfect.

Handsome is generally used to describe a man's good looks. A handsome woman would be goodlooking but somewhat masculine, and it's not commonly used.

Indeed (I can picture her already ).

I guess; 'gorgeous woman'.

'a gorgeous city' is possible as well I think?
Otherwise 'astounding/amazing/wonderful' etc..
