Break away

can anybody correct some mistakes

Waiting is unbearable

Nowadays we are leading a hectic life , many people stress out because they do not have enough time for leisure activities, and to make things worse waiting is the daily occurrence everywhere you go.

Organise these prompts before you talk to the examiners about the topic for 4-7 minutes:

Things you hate waiting for
How to deal with these situations so that they don’t affect us
An experience you had or somebody you know that is worth mentioning.

Nowadays/Today we lead/are leading a hectic lives. Many people stress out because they don't have enough time for leisure activities. And, to make things worse, waiting is the daily norm everywhere we go.

Organise/Organize these prompts before you talk to the examiners about the topic for 4-7 minutes:
a. Things you hate waiting for
b. How to deal with these situations so that they don’t affect you
c. An experience you had or somebody you know had that is worth mentioning.
Above I've corrected wording and punctuation or hinted at alternate wording.
The list of prompts needs bullets or letters (numbers, if a particular order is desired) to introduce each point. Since sentence fragments make up your list, there's no need punctuation at the end. Only use a period to end a complete sentence.
