Hi,
Ah, todos caemos limpia y fácilmente en nuestros viejos papeles, ¿no lo sabías? Here limpia obviously means cleanly. I am not sure how to interpret this usage grammatically. The word limpiamente exists, they say |

If more than one adverb is being used, even in compound fashion (horizontal list, with or without a coordinating conjunction (like y or o)), you only place the -mente ending on the last adverb.
