Limpia

Hi,

Ah, todos caemos limpia y fácilmente en nuestros viejos papeles, ¿no lo sabías?

Here limpia obviously means cleanly. I am not sure how to interpret this usage grammatically. The word limpiamente exists, they say

If more than one adverb is being used, even in compound fashion (horizontal list, with or without a coordinating conjunction (like y or o)), you only place the -mente ending on the last adverb.
