I think fondas or casas de huéspedes is another option for bed and breakfast, though casa de huésped is better translated as Guest house.
Like Sosia said, half board is media pensión.

In some parts of Mexico:

fonda = small restaurant
pensión = a place you can rent to store a car (so it's not on the street).

I looked it up on <snip> and this is what they said

1. Word:- bed and breakfast
Pronunciation:- [bed-and-brek-fast]
Meaning(s):- s. They do bed and breakfast, dan alojamiento y desayuno. Pensión (establishment).
