Correcting mistakes

Hola!
I've been recently learning Spanish and would like help to see if my answers are correct and if there are any mistakes. The questions are about healthy lifestyle. Here is my work so far.

¿Sueles merendar durante el día? - No tengo un refrigerio durante el día pero a veces lo hago, como chocolate.

¿Dónde comes? - Como en la casa, en la escuela. Básicamente como y en cualquier lugar. ( I’m not sure if this is right. I am meant to say ‘’ I eat at home and in school. Basically I eat everywhere and anywhere.’’ )

¿Qué ejercicio debería ser parte de una buena rutina diaria? - Adultos deben hacer un mínimo de 30 minutos de actividad física de intensidad moderada, cinco días a la semana. La actividad puede ser una actividad de la vida o ejercicio estructurado o deporte o una combinación de estos.

¿Qué consejos darías a un amigo/una amiga que tiene una vida malsana? - Yo diría que mi amigo a hacer un plan para superar obstáculos particulares. Un ejemplo de esto sería, en lo que come, sesiones de ejercicio, grandes objetivos como correr una maratón y no abandonar. = (I would tell my friend to make a plan to overcome particular obstacles. An example of this would be, on what he eats, Exercise sessions, Large targets such as running a marathon and to not give up.)

¿Para cuantas horas deberías dormir en una noche? - Uno debe dormir por lo menos 9 horas al día especialmente ‘el adolescente?’= (One should sleep at least 9 hours a day especially teenagers) - (I don’t know what ‘teenagers’ in spanish is)

¿Qué desayunos normalmente? Piensas que es importante desayunar? - Sí tengo desayuno diario. El desayuno es muy importante porque un desayuno bueno le llena y le consigue listo para el día. = (Yes I have breakfast daily. The breakfast is very important because a good breakfast fills you and gets you ready for the day.)

¿Qué haces para estar en forma? - para mantenerse en forma, es importante hacer ejercicio y comer el alimento adecuado.

¿Qué comes mediodía? ¿Piensas que es la cantina ofrece comida sana? - Depende de la escuela porque tenemos todos los días comidas diferentes. Creo que la cantina de la escuela ofrece comida saludable porque siempre tienen frutas y verduras.

¿Qué problemas existen hoy en día con el estilo de vida? - Los problemas de hoy con un estilo de vida saludable es que muchas personas se quedan en casa y jugar con videojuegos allí y comen comida basura.

¿Con que frecuencia vas al gimnasio? - Voy al gimnasio 3 veces por semana.

En tu opinión. ¿Qué problemas tienen los jóvenes los hoy en día? - En mi opinión los problemas que los jóvenes tienen son videojuegos veinticuatro siete, obesidad, insalubres viva y lo peor de todo, drogas.

En tu opinión ¿Cuál es el problema medio ambiental más grave? Porqué? - en mi opinión los mayores problemas hoy en día son el uso de alimentación de agua, deforestación, creación de energía, transporte y el calentamiento global.

I don't have a snack during the day, but sometimes I do it, such as ( or should I say 'por ejemplo' instead?) chocolate.

I eat at home and in school. Basically I eat everywhere and anywhere.

Adults must do a minimum of 30 minutes of moderate intense physical activity/ trinaing, five days a week. The activity can be an activity of normal activities such as walking or structured exercise or sport, or a combination of these.

I would tell my friend to make a plan to overcome particular obstacles. An example of this would be, on what he eats, Exercise sessions, Large targets such as running a marathon and to not give up.

One should sleep at least 9 hours a day especially teenagers

Yes I have breakfast daily. Breakfast is very important because a good breakfast fills you and gets you ready for the day.

To keep fit, it is important to exercise and eat the right food.

It depends on the school because we have different meals every day. I think that the school canteen provides healthy food because they always have fruits and vegetables or foods which include them.

The problems of today with a healthy lifestyle is that many people remain at home to play video games, eat junk food and become lazy.

I go to gym 3 times a day.

In my opinion the problems that young people have are playing video games twenty-four seven, obesity, unhealthy eating and worst of all, drugs.

In my opinion the biggest problems today are the usage of water, deforestation, creating energy, transportation (CO2) and global warming.
