COmo podemos traducir a mi nombre en estas dos frases:

Cuando vayas a la fotocopiadora no olvides dejar los apuntes a mi nombre
Cuando vayas al notario no olvides poner la casa a mi nombre

Time before, someone told me that I can say To my name, but using the word To, really I don't know if it's correct or not. I'd like know if it's right.

I don't think so - can you give the context?

When you go to the lawyer don´t forget to put the house in my name.

I don't really know what the first sentence wants to say, but the second is correct.

@Perikles: I think Robin refers to something that happens in photocopy shops around schools... Students and/or teachers often organise groups that share some reading and exercise materials, so photocopy shops store them in files under group-usernames. If you belong to those groups, you can either leave copies in your group's file or make copies of such materials.

...Or, he's asking someone else to deliver a bunch of photocopies that he was supposed to deliver personally...

Yes for example.

When someone makes me a letter in the word or if I want that the letter is with my name for me it's easier that I tell him ( please you write in the top of the letter to my name)

Then I believe that it's correct in the begin of the letter.
