¿Sé que se suele usar el subuntivo cuando se dice "hasta que" pero es igual cundo se habla de algo que es una rutina?

Por ejemplo...

"I don't wake up properly until I have had at least 2 cups of coffee in the mornings."

"No me despierto bien hasta que me (haya o he)? tomado por lo menos 2 tazas de café por la mañana."

As Manuel said, it's not required (you're describing a real situation). However, it is possible. Here, the subjunctive emphasizes the opinion about her own needs (I think I don't wake up...) and, in fact, I prefer with it.
