Pedido, dado y entregado

 

An idiom is an expression whose meaning is not readily apparent based on the individual words in the expression. This forum is dedicated to discussing idioms and other sayings.

Pedido, dado y entregado

What situation applies to estar pedido, dado y entregado? There ought to be some common way to say "requested, given and delivered" but I can't think of how. It's more than just "ready, willing and able."
