¡Hola!
jan

Hay dos expresiones en Portugués que traducidas literalmente serían: “poner la mano en la masa” (when someone makes something by himself) y “ coger a uno con la mano en la masa” ( when someone is caught doing something wrong or illegal). ¿es lo mismo en español?

¿Cómo se dice en español: “ to know by heart”? ¿hay una jerga?

En portugués se dice “estou namorando” hace dos meses.(maybe: I have been dating...? ).

"to know by heart" = "saber de memoria"

"I have been dating" = "he estado saliendo con...." "hemos estado saliendo"

"Querer/amar a alguien"

An example of the usage suggested by Alec could be "Esta cancíon? No, lo siento pero no me la sé".
