Es ¿"en venta" o "de venta"? La casa está ¿de venta o en venta?

¿Como se dice "lease", solo contrato de arrendamiento?

All mean 'on sale' or 'for sale'.

"To lease", en México, es "rentar", pero "arrendar" también se usa comúnmente para inmuebles; y aunque "alquilar" se usa más para bienes muebles (mobiliario, autos, etc.), alquilar un cuarto o una casa se entiende perfectamente.

Por cierto, "la casa está de venta" se entiende, pero suena raro en México.
Diríamos más "en venta" o "a la venta".

En la Argentina:

arrendamiento (tierras)
alquiler (viviendas, negocios, fábricas, vehículos, maquinarias)
leasing (arrendamiento o alquiler con opción a compra)
