Irregular Verbs
PODER- to be able to, can (o-->ue)
*yo: puedo
*tú: puedes
*él, ella, and Ud.: puede
*nosotros and nosotras: podemos-- (o-->ue)
*ellas, ellos, and Uds.: pueden

HACER- to make, to do
*yo: hago
*rest: follow the usual rules for conjugating -er infinitivos

Right, nice work. However, may be easier if you sort the lines into six. For that, in modern spanish, we use the @ to mean male/female. So, how about:

-AR infinitivos such as bailar, volar, amar
yo -o
tú -as
él/ella/Ud. -a
nosotr@s -amos
vosotr@s -ais (this one, the pl 'you people', was not on your original list)
ell@s /uds -an

Huh? we don't use @s.
as for vosotros and vosotras, we don't learn them in Spanish class. we don't use them

The @ looks like an O, with an A inside. It's to show that they both have a masculine and a feminine form.

It's just more comfortable for your grammar notes, guys, besides, it is what Spanish teenagers (and learners in general) do here.
