Lastimar
Me lastimé el brazo.
Could this mean I fractured my arm, or is it restricted to cuts and abrasions?

Those, and up to a sprain, at most.

Gracias.

Yes, like Angélica said.
In a popular, uneducated, colloquial language (delete as applicable) there's only "me lastimé el brazo" and "me quebré/rompí el brazo". In other contexts the speaker would be more specific, either using common language: me quemé el brazo me corté/laceré el brazo me magullé el brazo me torcí el brazo me fracturé el brazo or more educated language, if not being more specific about the injury.
