They are talking about a man's lower back.
They're using SMS-like kind of talk (changing hard c for k, using consonants for word endings and small words, emphasising some words by repeating letters), plus quite a few spelling mistakes.

This is what "proper" Spanish version should look like. Does it help?

girl2 - Si ¡Sí, al director! Y te lo llevo de espalda x q por que esta Wuuuaaooo wuuuaaaoo (Same as "wow", with the same "awsome" meaning as in English), yo no si su salbabida salvavida tenía esponja, porque tiene unas pompas (buttocks) ¡qué tacoottt tacote/tacotote (augmentative/emphasis on augmentative of "taco" -> big "taco") mmm me heche eché ("Echarse/darse un taco de ojo" is to watch something that is pleasant to the eye, mostly talking about an attractive man or woman)

girl1 - Lira qué bien buen taco de ojo te estás dando. Cuándo regresas?

girl2 - ¡Siií tacotttt ] tacote/tacotote diria i yoo!
