Dentist Greeting

¡Hola! This is my first post. I was wondering if I could get feedback on my attempt in translating the following conversation a dentist might have with his patient. Gracias!

(What I'm trying to say) Hello, Mrs. Perez. Do you prefer English or Spanish? Okay, no problem. My name is Dr. Lee, and I will be working with you today. Please, follow me. I’m sorry you had to wait, we are very busy today. So, how are you doing this morning? Great. Please, have a seat.

(In Spanish) Hola, señorita Perez. ¿Prefiere hablar en español o en inglés? Bien, no problema.
