Ya

He oído la palabra "ya" se traducía como "already", pero en qué otras maneras puede usarse?

Muchas veces el ver ejemplos es la mejor forma de aprender.
Ya lo hice. = I already did it.
Vente ya. = Come right away.
¿Compraste la leche? --Ya. = Did you buy milk? Yes (I already did).
¡Ya! = Enough! / Stop it! (when someone is teasing/perstering/bugging you)

Ya lo he hecho (I've already done it)
Cuando se trata del presente, se traduce por now:
Ya nos vamos (We're leaving now)
En el futuro se traduce por later:
Ya hablaremos (We'll talk later)

Some examples of the general rule above, some exceptions to the rule , and some expressions:
Ya no trabaja aquí ella. = She no longer works here. (Now she doesn't work here.)
Ya no aguanto más. = I can't take it any longer. (Now I can't take it.)
Ya lo sé. = I already know it.
Ya puedes empezar. = You can start now.
Ya no puedes empezar. = You can't start yet.
¡Ya voy! = I'm coming!
Ya lo creo. = Of course I believe that. (also, You bet!)
Ya lo veo. = Now I see.
Ya que cumplimos los requisitos ... = Since we completed the requirements ...
Haré cuanto quieras, si ya no me pidas hacer algo malvado. = I'll do whatever you want, as long as (siempre que) you don't ask me to do something bad.
Ya con gozo, ya con dolor. = Either with joy, or with pain.
¡Ya! = That's enough!
¡Ya! = Now I remember! That's it!
