Voy a buscar unos vinos Somontanos. Conozco lo Albariños, y estoy de acuerdo son buenos y dan recuerdos a los Rieslings de Francia. Los Rieslings de Alemaña no son muy bien- ni los de Sud Africa o California.
Un vino muy bueno de Sud Africa es un tinto hecho con una pinotage.

Las bodegas más conocidas de Somontano son Viñas del Vero y Enate. Enate para mi gusto hace el vino más rico de las dos. Tienen vino de uva Cabernet Sauvignon si te gusta más ligero y otro con uva Merlot, con más cuerpo.

Por cierto Poli, no sé si sabías que la uva del Albariño la trajeron los monjes del monasterio de Armenteira desde Alemania y la plantaron en esa zona de Galicia por su microclima. Seguramente por eso te recuerda al Riesling.

Los dos son buenos, pero a mí me gusta más un Montesierra. Busca en un buscador Bodegas Pirineos y verás su página web. Tienen vino ecológico también. El verano pasado fuimos a visitar su bodega, ya que era un vino que nos gustaba bastante, y nos atendieron muy bien, con cata y todo. Vimos las instalaciones y el proceso de fermentación del vino. Muy interesante.

Muy interesante. Los Albariños están vinculados con los vinos de Alsacia.
Se nota en el sabor, frescura y su baja cantidad de alcohol.

Los vinos Montesierra se exortan y hay unos sitio aquí el el area metropolitana que lo vende. Lo voy a buscar.

I think that the "p" went away when you said "exortan". Exortan means nothing, exhortan and exportan do mean something.

It's a pity, they must be expensive there.

Lo encontré. No era muy caro, era bueno. Ellos venían vino rosado nada más, pero era seco y sabroso, y economico.

El vino tinto se puede servir fresquito, a temperatura de bodega (15º ó 17º máximo para un reserva, si es joven más fresco, entre 10º hasta 14º). Cuando me dan un vino tinto a "temperatura ambiente" en España me da no sé qué, cuando esta "temperatura ambiente" puede ser de cerca de 30º. Vamos un caldito, que digo yo.

And now imagine you are in a table with some Spanish jam, "unos taquitos de queso" and a good and fresh red wine. If you take a jam or cheese "taquito" (I don't know the word in English" and then a little drink of red wine you will taste how both the wine and the jam/cheese changes a lot in your mouth, mixing and making them stronger. But slowly, if you eat and drink quickly, you won't feel the surprise of the taste
