Comida

Cómo se dice....?

"I have to go back home to prepare the food for my husband, he doesn't mind if I eat out sometimes but I have to know before hand so that I can but him something like a pizza that he can cook quickly because he doen't have time to cook for himself"

I would use afuera or en restaurants. Wait for others to confirm afuera,
but it sounds better to me.
