That's the title of a jazz standard. It is usually translated as "En forma".

In the song, the connotation is clearly sexual. You can hear the Andrews Sisters raunchy version of it on YouTube. It's more of a big-band tune than jazz, but those terms have a tendency to blend. There is only a fine line between the two styles.
