Certificado de asistencia

Cuando asistimos a un examen, pedimos un certificado de asistencia para el trabajo. ¿ Cómo se dice en inglés?

I'm not sure what you are asking. If you take an examination and are successful, you get an 'examination certificate'. If the course requires no exam, then you get a 'certificate of attendence' for the course.

e.g. An examination certificate for 'A'-level Physics.

I meant , a piece of paper that the teacher gives you proving you took the exam, and then you turn the piece of paper in at work, so that they don´t discount you the day.
