Angry Tener mala leche

Yo diría to have a hot temper but I don´t know if there´s something closer. Thanks for your help.

'To have a hot temper' is great. You can also use 'to be bad-tempered' or 'to be ill-tempered'. There are many synonyms of bad- and ill-tempered:
crabby, grouchy, grumpy, ugly, testy, nasty, cranky, cross, contrary, snappy, disagreeable, surly, peevish, petulant, irritable and cantankerous, to name a few.

A similar milky expression in English:
"She had a face that could curdle milk"
