Any input on this conversation?

I am writing this passage impromptu without any dictionary or reference just to see how well I do... the red areas I don't know how to frame it.

Espero que pueda conseguir un poco ayuda.

Me gusta mucho hablar en español pero a veces, cuando trato hablar más rapido no puedo encontrar las palabras correctas y hago muchos errores gramaticales.

Cuando vivía en el Ecuador hablaba mucho, cada dia, pero ahora he olvidado bastante! Por eso, me di cuenta de que para lograr fluencia tengo que practicar y hablar más si no mi español va a ser muy malo [otherwise my spanish is going to become very bad]

Quisiera encontrar otras personas quien son nativos. Porqué vivo en Los Angeles esto es facil. En Los Angeles hay muchos barrios donde solamente español es hablado [where only spanish is spoken]

Muchas gracias por su ayuda, pienso que este foro es muy útil.

*Nota: "Porqué" con acento es un sustantivo, sinónimo de "causa" o "motivo", como en "el porqué/la razón/el motivo de pedir correcciones es mejorar mi español".
**Cuidado: La voz pasiva del inglés rara vez se traduce literalmente al español. Para sustituirla se usan otras estructuras gramaticales, como las oraciones impersonales o la voz pasiva refleja. Puedes encontrar ejemplos varios ejemplos de su uso en los foros.
Última sugerencia: no olvides los signos de interrogación y de admiración al abrir una pregunta o una exclamación.
