Por la noche, temperaturas en ligero a moderado descenso en el centro y norte peninsular quedándose por debajo de los dos dígitos en Burgos con 8°, León con 7° y Soria con 9°.
I’m looking for help with this expression: …temperaturas en ligero a moderado descenso… Could it mean: …temperature falling moderately… |

I agree with Perikles.
It could be reworded as: "...temperaturas en descenso de ligero a moderado". The altered order of the adjectives was done because the writer must have felt it sounded more literary like that, I suppose.
