In principle yes. Passive voice is always built with "ser".
However, keep in mind that Spanish uses much less often passive voice than English does. So the recommendation is to turn English passive voice into active voice sentences in Spanish most of the time.

No, I am recommending to avoid passive voice and make an active sentence instead. That would require to use another conjugated verb, with a precise subject.

Why recommend to avoid the passive voice?, it is part of the Castilian language and needs to be learned.
