Here are some hints for improvement.

Es interesante saber que *** (Article missing here.) Ministerio de Sanidad, (The comma isn't really needed, because it breaks the sentence) *** (Preposition needed here) España es planeando (Attention, this isn't the right construction for the present continuous in Spanish) a (Is this a typo?) reparertura (Check the right spelling) de piscinas públicas este verano. ¿ (Opening question mark is better placed after the comma) Durante este momento, es posible mantener la distancia en los vestuarios y baños? Aunque solo 30% de la afuera (Check your dictionary) será (I might prefer "estar" here) permitido, aumentarélo (Check conjugation) *** (Article needed here) contagios de Covid 19.

¡Gracias!

In your last sentence, the problem is two-fold. First, the subjunctive mood isn't called for, use the future tense instead (make sure it agrees in number with the direct object. Second, there's no reason to use a direct object pronoun (and it doesn't normally get tacked onto the end of a future tense verb).

¡Gracias!

This is first time I have found such a helpful forum and I don't have much practice writing spanish. This is a new experience for me and thanks for the support. Please bear with me and I hope to improve with guidance of everyone.

Mi tuit ahora:

Tengo unas ligeras observaciones, pero ya está.

Aunque solo el 30% del aforo estará permitido, aumentarálo (As Rusty said, this kind of construction is almost never used and doesn't really belong here. "Lo" is a pronoun and you only need an article, because the noun is already there in "contagios") aumentarán los contagios de Covid 19.

Gracias
