Question schmeißen

I'd like some help with what this sentence means in German. I'm not sure if it's an idiom or if it should be interpreted literally.

Schmeissen means to throw right? So this would be:
Wer mit Popcorn schmeißt, fliegt raus.
He who throws with popcorn, flies out.
Doesn't make any sense to me
