How do I get to...?

Is there any difference in meaning between the three Spanish sentences below?
Are they grammatically correct?

Excuse me, how do I get to the beach?
• Perdone, ¿para ir a la playa?
• Perdón, ¿cómo se llega a la laya?
• Perdón, ¿por dónde se va a la playa?

They all are fine and ask the same question.
Also "disculpe", instead of "perdón/perdone".
