Sí, pero no es un superlativo, sino un número ordinal:

1 - primero
10 - décimo
20- vigésimo
1000 - milésimo
n - enésimo

De acuerdo enésimo es muy parecido a la palabra enth en inglés.
Ejemplo to the nth (I'm not sure of the spelling) degree.
Umpteenth sirve tambien.
Ejemplo: Thank you for asking but for the umpteenth time I am not planning to leave my job.

I think that "enésimo" comes from maths, when studying limits, you study "n, cuando n tiende a infinito" (I don't know in English). I suppose it's the same in English with umpteenth (a bit difficult this word!)
