I need the translation of that into spanish. For a girl. And it's supposed to be happy birthday, my bad.

Doesn't matter if it's a girl or a boy. The verb puede could change, however, depending on the audience. If it is a person that you know well, the verb is puedes. If it's a person you don't know as well, or would want to show respect, the verb stands as I wrote it. If more than one person is being addressed, the verb is pueden.

You can also say ... si no habla inglés. (Now it just says if you don't speak English.) The verb habla can be changed to hablas or hablan, following the guidelines I stated earlier.

Yes, I agree with Rusty's answer, that phrase would be translate as Feliz Cumpleaños.
