El morbo está servido
How can we translate this into English?

OK, then if it isn't exclusively about sex, the common term is the hype.
In other words commercial promotion

Right now there is a a lot of hype over the new iPad product.
In the United States, the media is all hyped up over the Tiger Woods sex scandals. 3-D movies are selling lots of tickets. but in most cases it's just hype. The movie would be just as good (or bad) in 2-D.
