Hola, no estoy seguro de que sea correcto el título .

leí algo así

Toda la culpa se le da a bob
Bob has all the blame / bob is to blame


He leyendo mucho de los foros españoles y hay muchas cosas así acerca de las que he estado preguntando , gracias por ayudarme

Echarle la culpa a alguien:

Mis primos rompieron el vidrio y me echaron la culpa a mí.
My cousins broke the glass and they blamed it on me.


Tener la culpa (de algo):

El borracho tuvo la culpa del accidente.
The drunkard is to blame for the accident.


Ser la culpa de alguien:

El pájaro se escapó pero no es mi culpa. El gato le saltó encima.
The bird escaped but it's not my fault. The cat jumped on it.


Por la culpa de alguien:

Si estoy enojado, es por tu culpa: tú rompiste la ventana y a mí me castigaron.
If I'm angry, it's your fault: you broke the window and I was punished.

· Le echaron la culpa a Bob. -> Bob was blamed for doing something (either he's innocent or not)
· Es (la) culpa de Bob. -> It's Bob's fault

Busqué la original oración y no la encontré , pero quizás es así

Se le da toda la culpa a bob (Darle la culpa a alguien]
One gives all the blame to bob

¿ Se puede usar "dar" o es "echar" mejor?

"Echar" creo que es mejor, pero "dar" también se usa aquí.

"Dar" might be understood, but it sounds really weird in Mexico.
