Llevar puesto

Hi,
I would like to say, "He is wearing a blue T-shirt and a black watch". Do I say, " Lleva puestos una camisa azul y un reloj negro"? Do I use "puestos" because the clothing that follow it is plural and of both genders? Or, do I say, "Lleva una camisa azul y un reloj puestos"? Where do I put "puesto/s" in the sentence?
Thanks

To me, the location is the same.

Ahora a esperar por las respuestas más esotéricas del asunto.

Welcome.

"Lleva puestos una camisa azul y un reloj negro" is OK.

You could say also: "lleva una camisa azu y un reloj negro" (you can omit "puestos").

Lleva puestas una falda y una camisa.

Lleva puestos un abrigo y un sombrero.

Did you say you were from Andalucía? If so, why did you include the j in "reloj"?
