Making Ice Cream
We made ice cream in Biology (it was yummy, though it didn't have much taste )
Would making ice cream be a physical change or a chemical change? Here's how to make ice cream (you could make it too, if you want ): 1. Get a small baggie. 2. Put these things in the small baggie: *1/4 tsp vanilla *11 g of sugar *1/2 c of milk 3. Get a large baggie 4. Put these in the large baggie: *60 g of salt *ice <<<not sure how much 5. put the small baggie (make sure it's sealed!!!!) into the large baggie. seal the large baggie 6. Gently knead until the ice cream is stiff. 7. THEN YOU EAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! While I was kneading it (with my partners), I noticed that the milk because more solid and ice melted (of course). |
