Tener Puerto VS llevar puesto

Tener Puerto VS llevar puesto

Could someone, please, tell me if there' s any difference between tener puesto and llevar puesto.
Tengo puesto un abrigo porque hace frío.
Llevo puesto un abrigo porque hace frío.
And
Me pongo un abrigo porque hace frío.
